Baby Got Back

During my teenage years and early adulthood, I felt like only Sir Mix-Alot appreciated a bubble butt like mine. Even though friends would tell me having a large round ass is a good thing, I'd never believe them. How could I with media idolizing the Barbie figure. Everyone knows what I'm talking about: big boobs, small waist, tiny butt and long legs.

But I want to stay away from an emo rant and just share a Nike ad I've recently seen on Demu's blog. It makes me smile. Also, happy to see a beautiful girl's ass-ets being celebrated.

According to Gumbumper, the above ad is a fake... Either way, it's hot. Here's another (very similar) ad from 2005. Now I must excuse myself to do some squats.

Ass-ets. heehee

10,000 lunges?! Good God! Not for me.

I got a nice round one too, and I love it. Wasn't always the case, but as I got older, I embraced it. :)

That ad is too good to be true. It reminds me of the similar (fake) ad created in the movie, "What Women Want", with Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt.

Hahaha this cracked me up! I must admit that as an owner of a small bum, I always wished I had a big bum- I guess it goes to show we always want what we don't have!
