Not surprisingly, talk about my bubble butt and an image of a hot girl gets the most hits on my blog.
My butt is big.
I don't care who or how many people try to argue with me... I know that in this case, it's not my distorted body image talking when I say that that my butt is "so round and out there".
March will be the month of exercise.... Not the excessive kind that I tend to get caught up in.
But the healthy kind.
What defines healthy exercise for me?
1) Not focusing on losing weight, instead focus on improving my strength, agility and heart rate
2) Keeping a balanced routine of cardio, strength and flexibility training
3) Listening to my body to ensure that I don't exhaust or hurt myself
4) Having fun while working out and,
5) Taking well deserved breaks

I just needed to make a public announcement to make me accountable.

I always get lazy before going to the gym but you feel so good after you're done your workout! good luck!
You've always had a nice bum, a bum that many are jealous of. ;) But exercising is good, it'll get you into a good routine that's only for yourself.
Speaking of exercise this reminds me: it's almost time to start running!
Good luck, Ash, <3
This is a very smart and balanced plan! Yay!
How have I not heard of your blog before? I read through a few old posts and am looking forward to going through more of it later.
Hope your month of exercise goes well. I also am used to the excessive kind that is easy to get caught up in. When I get really caught up, I exercise 2 hours a day, everyday. That's dumb. That's not even realistic. I'm not an athlete. But it's so hard to stop. So don't do that. Be healthy. I'll hold you accountable!
